I’m talking about self‑trust, the ability to believe in your own judgment, pause for your inner wisdom, and act even when you don’t have all the answers.
Imagine two leaders facing the same twist in their project. One second‑guesses every decision, hunts for more data, and delays action until everything is perfect. The other notices the uncertainty, checks in with their intuition, and moves forward with clear intent. Which one delivers results faster? Which one inspires their team to follow?
Self‑trust isn’t blind optimism. It’s a muscle you build by acknowledging past wins, learning from missteps without letting them define you, and listening to your gut while checking it against facts. When you trust yourself, you pivot nimbly, experiment boldly, and lead with authenticity.
Most of us start out trusting ourselves naturally. Then life happens. Over time these moments stack up into habits of doubt and shrink our choices to what feels safe.

You try it, we debrief what happened, and you gather fresh evidence of your own capability. Those moments of reflection anchor your new confidence, reinforcing the fact that you have what it takes to navigate uncertainty.
