Refund Policy
At You & Me Coach, our goal is to create a respectful, reliable, and mutually supportive coaching relationship. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
Cancellations & Rescheduling by Clients

You may reschedule a session at no cost by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Missed sessions without prior notice will also be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Coach
While every effort is made to honour all scheduled appointments, there may be rare occasions where we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, unexpected work, or family commitments.
In these instances:

You will be offered a complimentary extra coaching session (1 hour), scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

This is in addition to the session you originally booked, not a replacement.
This gesture reflects our commitment to maintaining a trusted and generous coaching relationship, even in the face of occasional disruption.
Refunds

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partially completed packages.

In exceptional personal circumstances, refund or extension requests may be considered at our sole discretion, and must be made in writing.
Session Expiry

Sessions or packages should be used within the agreed timeframe at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions beyond the agreed period may expire and will not be eligible for refund.
