For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of learning, leadership, and transformation — building global development programs, delivering coaching and facilitation, and partnering with senior leaders in fast-moving industries like media and payments. I’ve helped drive change at places like the Visa and the BBC, where I designed high-impact leadership initiatives, pioneered digital learning strategies, and turned insight into action. But behind every milestone is what really drives me: people.

I created You and Me Coach because I believe transformation doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in partnership. My approach is grounded, human, and tailored. Whether you’re navigating change, stepping into leadership, or rediscovering your voice, I create the space for you to reflect deeply, challenge assumptions, and grow with intention.
 

Coaching is not just a method to me — it’s a mindset. One shaped by my experience as a global facilitator, former journalist, and someone who knows what it’s like to juggle ambition and real life. Today, that includes two brilliant young kids, my wife and a very loved dog named Baxter — who all keep me grounded and laughing. Life is full, messy, and meaningful — and coaching should honour all of that.
