Helping on-screen BBC presenters
Helping on-screen BBC presenters

For 20 years I was a storyteller. A journalist. A presenter. A producer. From World Cups to global crises, I helped bring stories to the world. But over time, I noticed something: the most important stories were the ones people weren’t telling — their own.

Now, as an executive coach, I’ve taken that same skill — listening deeply, asking the right questions, helping people find clarity — and brought it into the coaching space. Because the truth is: your story matters more than you realise.

When clients come to me — whether they’re senior leaders navigating a career pivot or individuals feeling stuck we'll first need to understand the narrative they’ve been operating from.

Because the stories we tell ourselves — about success, failure, purpose, pressure — shape our decisions. They impact our relationships, our careers, and our ability to thrive. Only then can true transformation happen.

I often draw from my background in learning and development, where I’ve led enterprise-wide leadership programs and created learning experiences for thousands across industries. The most powerful learning moments? They came when someone connected their why to their what — when they found meaning in the middle of the mess. Coaching is where that happens.

In our sessions, we’ll surface your story — not to rehash it, but to rewrite it. To spot patterns, name what matters, and shift from surviving to leading with intention.

Maybe you’ve outgrown the chapter you’re in. Maybe you’re standing at the edge of a decision you can’t quite make. Or maybe you just need a space to be heard, without judgment or agenda.

This is that space.

Let’s work together to honour where you’ve come from and imagine where you’re going next. Because your story isn’t over — and your next chapter could be the most powerful one yet.
