When people ask “Who are you?” they usually want a list. A job title. A few credentials. Something neat and finished.
But I believe the more interesting question is: Who am I becoming?
That question is at the heart of my work at YouAndMeCoach.com, a coaching practice rooted in human connection, purposeful progress, and meaningful change. Yes, I coach. But more than that, I partner — with individuals, executives, leaders, and those navigating the complex spaces between personal growth and professional responsibility. This is about you and me, working together to unlock something essential.
So, who am I — really?
I’m someone who’s always been fascinated by people. Not just what we do, but why we do it. How we think. What holds us back. What sets us free. I was a journalist in my former life — a career built on curiosity and asking the right questions. But over time, I realised that in coaching, the questions must come from a very different place — not to dig or expose, but to invite. To create a space for you to explore yourself without judgement, pressure, or performance.
In coaching, I learned to slow down — something rare in the fast-paced world many of my executive clients live in. I discovered that change happens not in the rush, but in the pause. In the clarity that emerges when someone gives themselves the space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect to what truly matters.
That’s where I come in.
What I Stand For
At YouAndMeCoach.com, I stand for growth without overwhelm, clarity without judgement, and progress anchored in purpose. My coaching is structured but never rigid, supportive but never prescriptive. I believe in asking clean, open questions — the kind that invite you to think deeply, to see differently, to act with confidence.
Whether you're an executive making high-stakes decisions or someone trying to navigate a life transition, the work we do together starts the same way: by creating a safe, honest space. A space where you’re not “managed” — you’re heard.
I don’t have all the answers. And that’s not the point.
The point is: you do. My role is to help you find them.
How We’ll Work
I bring a blend of powerful coaching models into our sessions, tailored to your needs. These models aren’t jargon or checklists. They’re roadmaps. Together, we clarify your goals, explore your current landscape, identify your strengths, and commit to real, actionable steps that move you forward.
My coaching isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you figure out what you really want to do — and then making sure you do it with intention, resilience, and support.
Sometimes that means helping a CEO rediscover their confidence. Other times it means guiding someone through a personal reset — finding alignment between their values and the life they’re living.
In either case, the destination is clarity. And the journey is always shared.
What I Strive For
I strive to be a coach who listens deeply, challenges gently, and supports consistently. Someone who knows that progress isn’t always loud, that vulnerability is strength, and that breakthroughs often come disguised as small steps.
More than anything, I strive to create a coaching experience that feels like a partnership. Not a service. Not a product. But a collaboration — between you and me — built on trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to your success.
And yes, I’m still growing too. The journey that brought me here — from the newsroom to the coaching room — taught me to confront my own fears, perfectionism, and inner critic. I had to learn to stop “fixing” and start facilitating. To let go of having the answer and instead hold space for the question.
That journey made me a better coach. And a better human.
Final Thoughts
At YouAndMeCoach.com, this isn’t about lofty theories or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about you. Your goals. Your growth. Your life.
And it’s about what we can build together.
So, if you’re looking for someone who will walk beside you — not in front or behind — let’s talk.
Because whoever you are today, I believe there’s more for you. And together, we can get there.
